Returns
Not in love with it? Send it back within 14 days, unworn and with tags on, for a full refund.

Message us with your order number and what you'd like to return.

Pop it back in its packaging with the tags still attached.

Send it to the address we give you, and keep your postage receipt.

Once it arrives, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
What we can't take back
For hygiene reasons, earrings and anything worn against the skin can't be returned unless they arrive faulty. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll sort it out straight away.
